Bloodsuckers are bloodsucking worms were popular during the Nineteenth Century when bloodletting was considered the cure for diseases. The name leech was given to both the physician and his favorite medical instrument--the bloodsucking worm. Bloodletting in this century formulates the same concept but has taken on various leeching subdivisions. The subdivisions include many suckers that drain until the Black body is anemic.

Bloodletting is part of a schematic blueprint devised to keep People of Color down trodden, accepting, and shuffling along to the Tune of Desperation under the auspices of a Count Dracula controlled Republican Congress. The Dracula Congress feels the need to continue the leeching as a means for domination.

Bloodletting and bloodsucking come in the form of crack pipes, inner city arsenal and drive-bys assembled for and by the Black Community after years of repetition. Now and only now this form of despondency living can be blamed on the Black Race itself. "Learned helplessness" comes from repeated teaching and continual molding instructions to self-hate oneself. It is used as a means to keep desperation alive.

The bloodsuckers suck the blood from the Black community with illegitimate teenage pregnancies, welfare, and disability checks. The Black Race has been trained to be sucklings--unweaned and sucking the life from the Black Community.

We are all uniformly being sucked. Once a Black person gets too uppity, scandals and planted scenarios arise like vampires do at midnight to bring them to their senses.

The same Tune of Desperation is being sung to Blacks who have gotten too uppity and have found they themselves playing a key role in the US Government. Far be it for me to have written such a ludicrous thing.

I'll go where you want me to go, dear White man; I'll say what you want me to say, dear White man; I'll be what you want me to be, dear White man just to be in the limelight.

Once the Whites run (White flight) from a neighborhood--Ya'll Look Yonder!--A community becomes majority African-American and becomes a Black Legislative District. The Republican Dracula’s find the sucking power to geographically redistrict so there is the loss of Black face/s in the US Legislature.

The blue suits of the Republican Legislature have developed vampire-sucking actions to alter Black Legislative Districts in this country. African-American Congressional Representatives from Georgia, Louisiana, Florida, Texas, and North Carolina are facing elimination from the US Congress because of geographic redistricting rulings.

When the roll is called up yonder, the vampires are staunchly laden in their legislative seats. As the US becomes more racially diverse, the Congressional controlling Republicans are rushing to produce a Congress that is increasingly White (Holley, 7).

Doesn't this foregoing scenario sound a lot like Gerrymandering? The US Congress has given state legislatures control over the redrawing of congressional districts.

House of Representative seats are distributed among the states according to population. State legislatures, subject to a gubernatorial veto, draw the district lines for the House of Representatives.

The party in control of the state legislature traditionally draws the lines to enhance their political windfalls. Those in control draw the line to enhance their means of White identification. State legislatures are free to draw congressional districts pretty much as they wish--subject to some constitutional limitations drawn up to favor a particular political party.

Grossly partisan gerrymandering is unconstitutional but recently has been defined as constitutional by whoever is in control. As a result, at least nine Black US Representatives are in danger of losing their Congressional seats thanks to Count Gingrich and his followers.

As the central cities grow more chaotic, the US Government has a full employment plan for Black Youth. The Republican controlled Congress assumes that jobs are available to anyone who is willing to work.

If a Black man is not employed, it is because of his negative attitude and ghetto-related behavior. It has become increasingly difficult for White males to escape the "downsizing" of large corporations as they find themselves unemployed. What happens when manufacturing moves from the central city, and there is a disappearance of work?

General Motors is located in the New Center area of Detroit, which is in the central part of the City. There are special parking areas, a tunnel under the building, and a walkway connecting the Fisher Building to the General Motors Building. If you were to go inside, you would think you were in a White suburb. The only Blacks there are shinning shoes.

While businesses are involved in an exodus and "downsizing," the so-called chaotic "ghetto-related" negative behavior increases. This behavior makes the Black male unattractive to potential White employers. It has allowed the practice of a contrived bloodletting tactic titled: "Black Blood Full Employment" proving the bloodletting medical incision to be alive and well.

Child parents are the largest producers of this country's jail population turned American cheap labor force. Sixteen-year-old predators are coming from mothers 12-16 years old at the time of birth. One out of every three (33%) Black males in the US between the ages of 20 - 29 is in the prison/court system. Six thousand forty-two (6,042) Blacks are arrested per day. There are 13 Black homicides daily.

The Vietnamese War lasted 15 years. The casualties amounted to 56,000. In America 26,000 Blacks die annually as a result of crime. There is a schematic plan to put as many Black males behind bars as possible.

The emergence of Black urban battlefields makes it real easy to fit the pieces of the pattern laid out by those in charge. This Black male jail population is the largest growing sect of employees in the creation of a cheap work force. The US Government has a method of employment for Black men who constitute the 33 percent US jail population.

On the outside there are many jobs for Blacks at fast food restaurants like McDonalds and Burger King. The gas stations, video stores, and grocery stores provide jobs for Arabs and their relatives in Detroit who are getting rich in Black communities because they have found a way to exempt themselves from paying income taxes for seven years. At the end of seven years the business is passed on to a relative for a non-tax recap.

About one-fourth of the inmates in Federal prisons are employed by Federal Prison Industries, Inc., a Government corporation that produces a range of goods and services from office furniture to electronic cable assemblies for sale to Federal Government clients through the Department of Justice.

The Author will say it again. The prison industry is the fourth largest growing industry in the US. It is billed as a new beginning for inmates (1996 Federal Prison Industries, Inc.).

Cheap labor makes the prison industry a profitable investment. Prisoners in state and federal prison systems are sometimes paid $1.15 per hour. Others are paid nothing to perform job-related tasks. Prisoners in New York answer phones for the Department of Motor Vehicles. In Washington State convicts are packaging software for Microsoft Corporation. In Alabama a law to use chain gangs to repair highways was recently reinstated.

There were bloodsuckers like Toussaint Louverture (1744-1803) who lead the only successful slave revolt in the world. Toussaint’s sucked the blood out of Napoleon Bonaparte and 60,000 of his French soldiers. The history books used in public schools in the United States tell the reader that between the years of 1800 - 1810 Napoleon was one of the most dynamic White men to have ever graced the history books, conquered the hemisphere and built Europe's greatest empire since Roman times.

Napoleon was the bloodsucker that helped with the European cover-up of a Black Egypt with his defeat in the Battle of the Pyramids in July 1798. It was at this time he ordered his men to shoot off the Negroid features on the faces of the Pyramids.

He was instrumental in helping to deliver the "Egyptian Negroid Myth" that appears in history books and chronicles throughout the world. In ancient history brown and black were used interchangeably.

Currently, brown is used to depict "Caucasoid like." Brown is not black, and black is not brown, but brown is closer to white than black. Deep tanned skin has been labeled "brown" rather than "black" making it closer to "white." In essence "brown" has been labeled "white."

Napoleon conquered most of Europe. His Empire spanned most of Europe in the early 1800's and has been heralded as one of the greatest leaders of all times.

Napoleon's victories over the Third Coalition gave him mastery in most of Europe with the exception of Britain, Russia, Sweden, and the Ottoman Empire. There are illustrations of world maps in textbooks throughout schools in the US and Europe showing Napoleon's domination of the world shaded in red. When Napoleon was in exile on Saint Helena, he wrote in his memoirs: "I regret my attitude toward Haiti. It was a bad mistake to try and force it into submission. I should have contented myself with letting Toussaint Louverture govern it."

Haiti was once a French Colony. In the 1600's French adventurers from the nearby Island of Tortuga settled in Haiti. In 1697 the Treaty of Ryswick, between France and Spain, recognized France's claim to the western third of Hispaniola.

The new colony was named Saint Domingue and rapidly became France's most prosperous overseas possession. It was France's richest colony and the wealthiest colony in the world. Sugarcane plantations with extensive irrigation systems were the main source of income.

African slaves were imported and soon outnumbered their White owners. When the French Revolution of 1789 broke out in France, the Negro slaves of Haiti also rebelled. Toussaint Louverture became the dominant leader in Haiti.

With the rebellion of slaves in Haiti, Toussaint transformed this unruly mob into a disciplined army. Toussaint rose from slavery to lead his people against the forces of European colonialism. Before African slaves were brought to Santo Domingo the Arawaks worked the land. The French massacred and worked to death nearly every last one.

Shooting natives became a sport for bored Spanish gentlemen. The natives were naked and unarmed, and the Spanish used the Arawaks in lieu of big game hunting. When the Spanish first arrived, there were three million Arawaks (3,000,000). Twenty years later only fourteen thousand remained (14,000).

US history books would never refer to a "great holocaust" of Aboriginal people. But the Author keeps forgetting. The Arawaks were hunted like animals. Therefore, they were not thought to be human--not like the phenomenal White Spanish gentlemen-- (White were they--or did the Moors--who are now listed as Caucasian, invade SPAIN?

Napoleon sent his brother-in-law, General Leclere to St. Domingo in August 1800 to subdue Toussaint Louverture. Napoleon's army was defeated because of Louverture's stubborn resistance and foresight in arming the entire Negro population in St. Domingo.

In 1798 the French leaders drew up a declaration of independence, and the Republic of Haiti--the first black nation in history was born. Napoleon's dream of a French Colonial Empire in the New World was finished. The expedition had been one of the worst disasters of Napoleon's career. With Haiti as a base of operations, the Louisiana Territory was useless to Napoleon.

The US had followed events in Haiti very carefully. President Thomas Jefferson knew that if Napoleon's troops conquered Haiti and moved on to Louisiana, the US would be forced into an alliance with England against France. This would mean a major war.

The stubborn resistance of Haiti's Blacks changed the entire trend of events. By the spring of 1803, Napoleon's treasury had been drained by the war in Haiti. He was once again on the brink of war with England and needed money. Fearing that Haiti was lost, he decided to sell Louisiana to the United States for fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) and turn his search for new conquests elsewhere.

Thanks to Toussaint Louverture and the invincible Blacks of Haiti, the US was no longer threatened by war with France. With the Louisiana Purchase, for which Toussaint and his people were at least indirectly responsible, the US more than doubled its territory.

Louverture was thought to be incomparable. Toussaint was called "The Bonaparte of the Antilles." France considered him a mere savage and animal. He represented insolence and insults to the country.

It was lubricious to compare a Black man and former slave to the most powerful and ruthless Napoleon. Neither France nor the world would ever admit defeat by the Blacks of Haiti--now one of the poorest nations of the world.

Retaliatory violence is not the answer. Mind cleansing and rebuking the bloodletting of the Count Leeches will answer all questions and provide all answers.  Violence intensifies the fears of the White majority mindset and proves a White superimposed plan. Violence in Black neighborhoods destroys the community and makes the White brotherhood stronger--carrying out the schematic plan that is staunchly in place.
